The former president's Family Member Seeks Professional Tips from Golf Legend Woods Before Professional Golf First Appearance

The young golfer can count on multiple high-profile backers when she makes her professional golf debut on Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who happens to be the granddaughter of Donald Trump, was granted a tournament invitation to participate at the Annika tournament in Florida.

Her grandfather, a passionate golfer, possesses several golf courses and frequently matches against Kai.

"He's fairly competent. I shouldn't elaborate but we have tight competitions," she stated.

She mentioned that her grandfather, who won't be present, told her: "Simply don't get nervous."

"My grandpa basically suggested to go out there and have fun," she added.

"To me, he's just a regular grandfather. He won't be there this weekend. He's busy with running the country, making him rather occupied."

While still amateur, Kai has competed in only three events in 2024 and holds position 461 in the American Junior Golf Association rankings.

But she's able to seek guidance from golf legend, romantically involved with Kai's mother.

"He stands as the best player worldwide," the young golfer said.

"And he's a superior person. He told me to play, enjoy myself, adapting to whatever happens."

The golfer will compete against some of the biggest names in professional golf at the Annika, such as world number two the champion, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.

The LPGA commented that her participation exposes golf to wider groups, particularly with the next generation.

The social media influencer maintains substantial online presence and has started a personal apparel and wellness label.

Her first tee time at 17:30 GMT.
